Services and Programs
The goal of the intramural program is to provide physical and recreational activities to all members of the College community. While certain sports (basketball, flag football, tennis, etc.) form the core of the program, the program is designed to meet the needs and interests of students, faculty, and staff. Participation is open to all students, staff, and alumni. Interested parties should contact the administrative office of Archer Hall.

The sports club program is designed to provide additional opportunities for members of the Morehouse community to learn a new sport or activity, make new friends, and compete against club teams from other universities.
- Table Tennis
Archer Hall’s gymnasium offers a hardwood sports floor with three-basketball courts-One full-size varsity floor running vertically and two courts running horizontally. The courts are located on the second floor of the Center.
Archer Hall’s natatorium offers a 50-yard pool with 6 lanes, along with a 3-meter and half-meter board for your diving pleasure. The pool is located on the ground level.
Archer Hall’s cardio-room offers the use of stationary bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical machines, and stair stepper. The cardio-room is located on the third floor. The first floor cardio room is generally open during normal business hours.
Nautilus and free weight equipment is available on the first floor.
There are six outdoor-lighted tennis courts on the campus. Availability depends on the scheduling of physical education classes and the tennis team.
The Edwin Moses Track, a 400-meter synthetic runner track, surrounds the varsity football field at B.T. Harvey Stadium. Joggers who want to utilize the track must get permission from the Head Track coach.
